2. Order Processing via Payhip

You are currently on my sales platform hosted by Payhip. To process your order, the data you enter (name, email address, and shipping address) will be processed. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract). The technical provision of the shop is handled by Payhip Ltd (UK).

3. Payment Service Providers

Payment processing is handled by external providers (e.g., PayPal or Stripe) integrated by Payhip. Your payment data is processed directly by these providers. I only receive confirmation of successful payment in order to initiate the shipping of your unique item.

4. Storage and Shipping

After your purchase, I receive a notification with your order details. These are stored for the performance of the contract and in accordance with statutory tax retention obligations. For the shipping of your product, I pass on your name and address to the commissioned shipping company (e.g., DHL).
